Cancelation / Booking Policy
To cancel group bookings we require 2 weeks notice, after such time a 50% charge for each service will be charged to the card on file. To modify an appointment within the group, we require 48 hrs notice, after such time a 50% charge of service will be made to the card on file.
If guests are late to their scheduled service, said service may be shortened depending on availability. In this case you will be charged for the original service booked.
Group Etiquette
Please be aware that although this may be a special occasion for your group, other guests are enjoying services within the centre. We ask that voice levels be respected.
Notes
Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays book up quite quickly so please make sure to reserve your group booking well in advance to get your desired date / time.
